Headers & Footers

There are two sets of headers and footers across our sites — one for the entire network and one for the specific site you're visiting. Both headers and both footers appear on every page of our sites, including this one.

The network header and footer are both delivered from one central location, included in every page of all sites. The network header consists of 14 tabs or buttons —one for each site. This header serves as a way to get from one site to another and also as a visual indication of being part of the BMN network. The network footer currently consists of a copyright notice. In the future, this may also contain additional links such as to a network-wide privacy policy and network-wide advertising options.

A site-specific header and footer are delivered from one location withinin the site and included in every page of the site. The header contains the graphical site ID, login/registration options, sitewide navigation and often a search form and advertising. The site footer contains advertising, a textual site ID and links to site-specific pages such as FAQs and contact forms.
